This documentary, first of all shows Tehran in 1371. Then it's a social-political film which shows how the filmmaker thought about the society and especially Tehran in 18 years ago. Also the film with its experimental style, its look to metropolitan cities, here Tehran, is something special which shows a day-to-night of the people and a city in 13 minutes. It was filmed on 16 mm, and last year were digitized.The scratches are done in laboratory at very beginning by Ali Tamadon.
